At 47 yrs old I will achieve perfect health and a perfect body by the end of this year while having sat on my ass and done zero exercise for 4+ years
If it’s the first time you are hearing my name… than you will read this with a shitload of skepticism. And the truth is… I want you to do exactly that.
I don’t want you to believe anything I say in this newsletter just because I said it.
Rather I want you to challenge it. But in challenging it I want you to rely on logic.. not simply what has been brainwashed into your head in the past.
I want you to put on your Elon Musk hat and actually think from first principles… is what this guy is saying making sense? Is there logic to it?
Then I want you to decide…. should I continue reading? Or should I just ignore him?
And if you choose to ignore me.. no sweat and no hard feelings.
My thesis is that health has almost nothing to do with the things we were taught
If I am right than almost everything you currently believe about health is wrong. Meaning:

Exercise is next to useless
-
Diet means little to nothing
-
Health is actually dictated by some simple biomechanics that control the structural stability of your skull and spine
-
These biomechanics are at the root cause of pretty much all disease and natural causes of dealth
-
They are also at the root of what people commonly refer to as ‘aging’
-
And by conquering these biomechanics you can therefore achieve a perfect body, be in perfect health, and essentially reverse the aging process.
Sound hard to believe?
I know. It’s a lot to digest. I’m basically throwing Andrew Huberman, David Goggins, Peter Attia, and Bryan Johnson under the bus all at the same time. lol
It will be even harder to believe that I actually don’t ‘think’ i’m right about this. I know I am.
In the coming decades as what I present in this blog starts to become more clearly right I will not only prove those gentleman i mentioned above wrong, i will make fun of them for how they led millions astray as I do it! lol
Now let me tell you a bit of my story.
I will have a perfect body by the end of this year
In 2020 I was a 43-year old, chubby middle age looking fart. I was tired by 6pm each day and had a difficult time concentrating.
Now in 2024, I am 47 years old and will have a perfect body by the end of the year.
I haven’t been sick in 4+ years (not even a runny nose).
I work from 8am to 10 or 11pm daily with few breaks without fatiguing. I even work a third of my weekend because I enjoy it.
I will have a perfectly symmetric face.
I am happy 24-7 effortlessly.
I got rid of all wrinkles on my face as well as a bald spot (and my hair has gotten significantly thicker).
And the kicker to it all is…
… I did all of this while sitting on my ass and not making any effort to exercise at all.
Plus I ate crap the entire time. As in i’m still often consuming close to 2000 calories of chips or ice cream around 1am right before I go to bed.
How the F#ck is this possible? First… my Backstory
To answer that I should take you even a bit further back to 2013. At the time and was visiting a dentist who told me I might have “TMJ”, which stands for Temperomandibular Joint.
I had no clue what it was.. but the fact was that I’d had a lot of muscle tightness in my neck, back and arms for over a decade.
It had gotten to the point where it was bothering me constantly. Over the preceding ~15 years I had been to over 100 doctors and tried everything.
All kinds of physio therapy, muscle relaxants, chiropractic, acupuncture, etc.
None of it helped.
And so when this dentist recommended that I wear a night guard over my teeth, I figured ‘why not?’
A crazy thing happened… all my muscular issues went away within a month or two. I felt great.
Better than I had in over a decade. And mind you that during the previous 10 years I was an absolute fanatic about eating healthy and exercising.
I’d been hitting the gym 3-4x per week religiously even as my body had deteriorated all of those years.
So it was crazy that all of a sudden… with a dental splint I now felt great.
But then the problems came about 6 months later
It was early 2014 and i’d just moved my family to Vietnam to take a job for Lazada. And I had chewed thru the splint that the Ukrainian dentist gave me.
So i found a Vietnamese dentist who seemed to understand what TMJ was and I asked him to make me another.
The problem was the one he gave me didn’t seem to work as well. Some of my issues were coming back.
And when I complained about this to him, he told me that he should in fact adjust my dental ‘contacts’.
So being relatively nieve about this… I let him do it. He drilled the cusps down on various molars to ‘fix the contacts’ as he put it.
All of a sudden things started getting really bad. I mean really bad.
I couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t retain any information. My whole body started to change shape for the worse and seemingly ‘age’. I became a hermit and didn’t wanna talk to others. My vision worsened significantly. And a bunch of other shit.
It basically looked and felt as if I had aged about 10 years in a span of 6 months.
I was scared. And I was desperate because i was trying to hold down my new job at Lazada, my wife was pregnant with our first son, and I didn’t understand what to do.
Then I found a DIY (Do it yourself) method called “Starecta” online.
This got me into what I now call ‘the game’.
I spent 10 years ‘iterating’ on myself to figure out how this works
I’ve been in this ‘game’ for a decade now… I was experimenting on myself like crazy… i mean i’d make Tim Ferris in the 4-hour Body look like a wuss.
I have given myself mild neurological diseases several times and then fixed them.
Also, I visited some of the top dental and osteopathic experts in the world, and thought I had understood it numerous times in the past. But there were flaws in my understanding.
Till a couple years ago.
A few years ago the stars aligned and I came to understand exactly how these biomechanics work. In part because I had stumbled across the correct answer in 2016 and was reverting back to a former hypothesis.
And what I’ve concluded is that literally nobody else fully ‘gets’ it. Because I know pretty much all the folks out there in this game.
Now i’m just taking the process to the end as it takes time. You’re essentially anti-aging the human body and brain.
But it feels awesome.
One hint I will tell you… is that teeth are a SHITLOAD more important than modern health currently believes.
And this is because they are at the heart of the biomechanics that I will explain to you in future articles.
One other thing i will say is that I am sure that everything I talk about applies to you too. The laws apply to absolutely everyone because all human bodies were engineered exactly the same.
So this is not some weird shit that works just on me…. i guarantee this works on you.
And later on i will show you some simple experiments to improve your health which you can do to test it.
